- Individual air temperature/thermostat control
- Wall-to-wall carpeting and vinyl flooring
- Spacious closets with hanging rods and shelves
- Sprinkler system and smoke detectors
- All utilities except telephone and cable, which are available at an extra cost.
Studio apartments include:
- Living/bedroom area

Bay Vista Commons is conveniently located in Bremerton, just off of Kitsap Way, near shopping, restaurants, hotels, a bus line, and much more. Scenic Oyster Bay is just a short walk away and can be easily viewed from many of the common areas and resident apartments at Bay Vista Commons.
Pets
Residents may have one small pet pending approval from administration. Vaccination records must be kept current and on file.
